SINO STARCO CHEMICAL is based in Qingdao, Shandong — one of China’s core fertilizer production and loading regions. Our export program is centered on urea: automotive grade urea for AUS 32 / DEF / AdBlue production, prilled and granular agricultural urea 46% N, and industrial grade urea for technical processes.
We work with producing plants across China and manage the part of the chain that decides whether an import goes smoothly: specification agreed in writing, COA per production lot, packaging matched to the destination climate, containers prepared and loaded properly, and documents issued completely and on time.

Manufacturer COA per production lot; third-party inspection (SGS / CIQ / buyer-nominated) arranged before loading when the contract requires it.
Packaging & loading
25/50 kg bags, 1000 kg jumbo bags or bulk — with liners, container preparation and bracing practice that protects hygroscopic cargo at sea.
Shipping coordination
Container exports from Qingdao and bulk vessel coordination for large volumes, including hold inspection and loading sampling.
Documentation
Invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and COA — document sets agreed in advance, including for LC shipments.
Long-term supply
